Laura provides executive leadership for the Wealth Division marketing function including analytics and specialist CX and digital teams across all priority customer segments, distribution channels and product lines – inclusive of Advice, Pensions and Investments and Insurance.
Laura is responsible for creating and delivering marketing and customer strategy initiatives to drive customer acquisition, share of wallet and retention.
Laura has over 15 years marketing experience with wealth management brands including AMP, Zurich and ING. Laura believes excellent marketing is that which provides a service to the customer. She is proud Sydney-sider, an unashamed millennial, passionate about diversity issues and spends all her spare time with her 5 year old – Charlie.
